These Terms of Service apply to use of WeddingSentry, a service created and operated by IT Umbrella Group.

The service

WeddingSentry provides wedding website, RSVP, guest camera, photo gallery, and related event technology features. Available features may depend on the package or configuration selected for a wedding.

Customer content

Couples retain responsibility for the wedding information, photographs, links, guest information, and other content they provide through WeddingSentry.

Customers must have the appropriate rights or permission to submit and publish content through the service.

Guest-submitted content

Wedding guests may submit photographs and RSVP information through WeddingSentry. Couples are responsible for determining how guest-submitted photographs are displayed or shared within their wedding experience.

Acceptable use

WeddingSentry may not be used to upload unlawful content, interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse communications systems, or violate the rights of others.

Availability

WeddingSentry is designed to provide reliable access to wedding information and guest features, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Internet connectivity, mobile networks, venue Wi-Fi, third-party services, and other systems may affect availability.

Payments

WeddingSentry pricing is presented at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, WeddingSentry wedding packages are sold as one-time purchases rather than monthly subscriptions.

Service changes

Features may be updated or improved as WeddingSentry evolves. Material changes affecting a purchased wedding service will be handled reasonably and with consideration for the scheduled event.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, WeddingSentry and IT Umbrella Group are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, third-party connectivity, guest devices, or services outside WeddingSentry's control.
